Thirty participants (full partners & associates) from six countries came together for the first time on 15-16th January 2020 to discuss about INCIRCLE - the new Interreg MED project.
Specifically, INCIRCLE’s kick-off meeting was held in Trieste - Italy, hosted by the Lead Partner (AREA) who warmly welcomed the partnership at the AREA Science Park.
The meeting was aiming to define a common roadmap towards the achievement of the Project's objectives and to set the milestones of the Project. It initiated with Partners’ presentations and an Interreg MED Programme Presentation. Main administrative and financial issues were discussed. Overviews of the work packages were presented by the WP leaders, followed by Q&A sessions. Three interactive sessions were also organized providing participants with the opportunity to start working on project activities in a collaborative manner straightaway.
At the end of the meeting, the Project’s Lead Partner with the contribution of all Partners articulated the next steps, setting a plan of actions for the following six months.
The partnership left Trieste with both enthusiasm and commitment to start implementing the INCIRCLE Project!
